Senior Sales and Public Affairs Manager (f/m/d)

in field service with nationwide assignment as of 01.04.2022


  • Independent acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers for the autonomous aerial drone system HIVE in the B2B areas of security, fire detection and inspections
  • Execution of active customer approach in the sales area
  • Establishment and support of a customer portfolio
  • Establishment of a sales structure based on the group sales processes
  • Responsible for the development of new sales strategies for potential new customers and their implementation in the facility management area
  • Identification of new customers
  • Recognition of market trends, initiate new market and competition observations
  • Confident and competent contact person for our customers and prospective customers
  • Corporate ambassador for holistic air traffic management
  • Focusing on results-oriented contract consulting and negotiation.
  • Political representation of HIVE Systems’ interests in relevant committees, associations, networks and at events
  • Maintaining contacts with political decision-makers at both state and federal level and continuously expanding the political network of HIVE Systems.

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university studies, preferably in engineering
  • Sales person with heart and passion
  • Enjoy active customer contact, strong customer orientation and empathy
  • Sales skills and closing power with a solid business sense 
  • In-depth knowledge of the political landscape, strong understanding of political processes, structures and players, and a keen interest in politics 
  • Ideally knowledge of the aviation industry and affinity for technology
  • High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn new topics and take on new tasks
  • Interest and ability to establish and maintain contacts 
  • Positive charisma; confident, serious appearance in the political arena as well as in speech and writing
  • Ability to inspire and engage people
  • Willingness to attend evening meetings and travel on business 
  • Quick comprehension, strategic thinking, structured and independent work, fast information evaluation and processing, ability to quickly process complicated issues in a target group-oriented manner
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
